Consultancy

To discuss with a client their requirements, which may involve a site visit to gather information on such things as purpose,
size and surroundings, client’s taste, the budget and deadlines.

After the initial consultation, designs are drawn up with the use of Computer Aided Design for further discussion along
with estimated costs. Once these have been agreed and modified if necessary, then a final proposal and quote are drawn up.
Should the client decide not to proceed to the making stage, a small fee will be charged for research time.

Commissions

A 50% deposit is usually required on acceptance of a quote, and work is booked into a schedule. The balance is due on
completion.Half way through the construction stage, clients are invited to view their work in progress and share in the
pleasure of seeing their work evolve.
