An initial meeting with a customer usually involves a site visit to gather information on such things as purpose, size and surroundings, client’s taste, the budget and deadlines.
After the initial consultation, designs are drawn up for further discussion along with estimated costs. Once these have been agreed and modified if necessary, then a final proposal and quote are drawn up and work is booked into a schedule.
Should the client decide not to proceed to the making stage, a small fee will be charged for research time.
Orders under the value of £5000 require payment in full prior to the project starting. Orders above £5000 require a 50% deposit and balance is due one week before completion. Half way through the construction stage, clients are invited to view their work in progress and share in the pleasure of seeing their project evolve.
